What is MonDéfilé ?

MonDéfilé is the first online retailler and manufacturer for emerging fashion designers. We promote young designers by offering visibility and means to produce their collections in our workshops.

Each month, MonDéfilé preselects the most promising ready-to-wear, jewellery and accessories designers for you. We then set up collaborations with the designers, who are elected by our community offering you exclusive and high quality models at accessible prices.

 

How does it work ?

On our website, you can vote for the fashion designers we will work with, order clothes chosen by the community and discover the future fashion talents.

Each month, MonDéfilé preselects talented fashion designers who make an exclusive garment, jewellery or accessory according to the strongest trends of the season.

2. Vote

FOR YOUR FAVORITE DESIGNERS

You vote for your favorite designers and support the future talents of MonDéfilé’s community. During the vote period, you can preorder your favorite item and receive 20% discount on the price of your item. After 200 votes, the designer is elected and the model is available for order in the Shop area of our website. As a true fashion editor company, MonDéfilé renews every season its exclusive collaborations with your favorite designers.

3. Shop

OUR ELECTED DESIGNERS' EXCLUSIVE COLLECTIONS

All designers create exclusive garments, jewellery and accessories in collaboration with MonDéfilé. These pieces are for sale and available for order in our Shop. They are produced in our  workshops and sent to the address of your choice.

 

What are my benefits ?

- A choice of clothes, jewels and accessories imagined by young fashion designers and manufactured in our workshops.

- Clothes, jewels and accessories at a reasonable price… about 30% to 50% cheaper than traditional shops and brands.

- A guaranteed quality: all our clothes are made with carefully selected fabrics and manufactured in our workshops. For us, high quality of finish is a priority.

- Delivery at home in two to three weeks. All items we propose are produced on demand and need two to three weeks until delivery.

- Satisfied or your money-back. You can return the item during 15 days if it is not in accordance with your taste or if it does not fit you.

- Secured payment: our secured payment platform (Realex Paiement) gives you maximum security on your banking data

- Confidential guarantee: your personal data are strictly confidential and are exclusively used by Mon Défilé internal units

 

How do I join MonDéfilé ?

Joining MonDéfilé is very easy. Just click on Register, and fill in the different fields requested to create your account.

Once your account is created, you can participate to all activities on our website: voting, ordering, writing comments, discovering our designers.

 

How do I participate in new designers' election ?

Click on Vote to discover all the new designers you can vote for this month and click on your favorite designers' items.

If you vote for an item chosen by Mon Défilé community, you will receive an email to inform you about the beginning of the sale. Log in MonDéfilé and start buying online.

Be aware that when you vote, you are free to either buy or not. You can also purchase an item you haven't voted for.

 

How do I order an item ?

1.  Click on Shop and discover all the items available for sale. Filters can help you to select categories of items with standards (type of clothes, color, price, designers…).


2. To get more details about an item you like, click on the item. You will be able to see the item in different ways and use the zoom function. If you would like to select this item, choose your size, your color and click on Add to Cart. The item is moved to your cart.

3. To validate your order, click on Cart (on the top right of each page) and look at the summary of your order. Be sure that you are ok with the details of your order then click Next. A new page appears. If you are a new customer, click Create my account. If not, enter using your log in information. You've reached the last step of your order. Give your billing address and delivery address, choose your delivery option and means of payment. When all these data is filled in, tick I agree to all terms and conditions  and make your payment. You will receive a confirmation email of your order. If you want to order by phone or if you have a question during this process, feel free to contact us by phone at the following number (0033)184160090 from Monday to Friday 9.00 AM to 8.00 PM.

 

How do I know if my order has well been taken into account ?

After your order has been confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to you at the email address you have registered in your account. The summary of your order gives you all information: kind of item, quantity, price of the chosen items, delivery address and estimated date of  delivery. 

 

How do I follow my order ?

You can follow your order in My Account.

  • History and details of my orders: you can find all details of your orders in progress as well as your previous orders ( kind of items, quantity, price, status of the order)

  • My merchandise returns : you can follow the status of the items you returned to us (reception and refund)

  • My credit slips : you can find a summary of the credit slips generated after you return a product

  • Mes addresses : you can see and modify the addresses you registered on your account

  • My personal information : gathers all the information you keyed in when you subscribed to Mon Défilé website. You can easily modify the information by clicking directly on the field you would like to modify (name, surname, password, email address)

  • My vouchers : gathers all the vouchers you used as well as the ones you will be able to use in your future orders

 

What does the status of order mean ?

You can follow the process of your order online in My Account section.

Here are the various steps in the processing of your order :

  • "Accepted payment" : your order has been confirmed and production will be launched shortly. If any problem, feel free to contact us by mail or by phone (our telephone number is : 01.84.16.00.90 from Mainland France or 0033 (0)1 84 16 00 90 from abroad)

  • "Preparation of your order is in progress": the production of your order has reached its final step and we are getting ready to send it over to you. Be aware that when your order has reached this status, we cannot delete or modify your order.

  • "Delivery in progress" : your order has left our workshops and is on its way to you. You can follow your parcel on the website of your selected carrier :

What are my delivery options ?

1. Delivery options

MonDéfilé offers you various delivery options within metropolitan France :

    • Colissimo suivi contre signature : delivery at the postal address of your choice

    • Mondial Relay

Several delivery options are available for deliveries abroad according to the country of delivery (Colissimo, Fedex, Mondial Relay). The various means of delivery available for the country of delivery you choose will be shown on the summary of your order.

2. Shipping fees

MonDéfilé  delivers your order for free everywhere in Mainland France. We can also deliver your order everywhere in the world. The shipping fees will be indicated in the summary of your order.

3. Delivery time

A two to three week period is necessary from the end of an order period of an item to the delivery of your order. When you order, the estimated date of delivery is indicated on the website and is confirmed in the confirmation email after purchase. This lead time is a consequence of Mon Défilé's choice to change the rules of production and distribution. In order to eliminate overproduction and costs of storage, the production is made on demand only. The delivery period given when you order is therefore due to this manufacturing process and the conveyance of your order from our workshops to your home. 

4. How do I follow my delivery ?

 5. What can I do if I do not receive my order ?

After your order has reached the Delivery in progress status, the average delivery time ranges from two to five working days. If you haven't received the parcel nor a carrier notice, please check the situation of your parcel on the website of the carrier. Our customer service is also free to help you anytime.

 

What are my payment options ?

1. Payment options

We accept payment by credit cards: Visa card and Master card. Your credit card data are automatically coded and sent to your bank in a secured way to verify and authorize the payment.

We also accept payment via Paypal.

2. Payment security

MonDéfilé uses a secured bank solution (Realex Payment). Your credit card data is automatically coded and sent in a completely secured way to authorization servers where data is verified with your bank.

3. Payment period

Your payment is registered immediately after you have entered your data on the secure website of Mon Défilé. Your bank account is debited three or four days later after acceptance of your bank.

 

How can I return an item ?

MonDéfilé guarantees you to be satisfied or to get your money back. If you are not satisfied by your item, you can return it to us within 15 days. In My account, click on Historic and details of my orders, select the order number you want to return. In the description of the order, select the items you would like to return, indicate the reasons for which you return this item and click on Generate a return. You will have to pack carefully the item in its original wrapping and return it to us at the address indicated on the delivery voucher. You will be informed by email on the status of your return process.

 

How can I modify my account information ?

All your account information is available on My account.

Modify my address: you can click on My personal information and modify directly all the information in each field (email address, delivery address, billing address…)

Forgotten password: If you forget your password, you can create a new one with a click on Forgotten password. A form will be sent you by email to create a new password

My newsletters: Subscribe to our newsletter and be informed of the new exclusive items you can order on MonDéfilé website. If you would like to unsubscribe from our newsletter, you have two options: at the bottom of the next newsletter you receive, click on Unsubscribe, or in My account, choose My personal information and click Unsubscribe from newsletter

 

How do I invite a friend ?

Our friend referral program is made to encourage your friends to discover MonDéfilé and get the benefit of promotional offers.

Our  friend referral program offers a 10€ gift voucher to each of your friends and offer you a 10€ gift voucher if your friend orders once on MonDéfilé.

You already have an account on MonDéfilé ? Enter your friends' names, surnames and email addresses in the section “Friends referral” (at the bottom right of your screen) or click on My account, and Invite friends. You will offer a 10€ gift voucher to them and you will receive a 10€ gift voucher as soon as one of you have sponsored 10 friends, and up to 50€. When your referred friend orders on our website, you will receive another 10€ gift voucher. You will be able to visualize the list of your referred friends who have not yet ordered by a click Pending friends. The list of your referred friends who have already ordered can be seen in My referred friends.
